How Do I Initiate a Quick-Assist Session?

Our Customer Support Engineers can establish a desktop-sharing session with you. It is secure and fast. It allows them to see what you see and also perform technical tasks if necessary or simply show you how to do something.

Mobieus Customer Support Engineers uses Windows 10 Quick Assist to remotely assist you with your computer issues without having to physically be at your computer or in your home/office. Type Quick Assist into the Windows search box on the taskbar and select it to open. You’ll see two different options, Get assistance and Give assistance, pick Get assistance. You will be provided a pin number by your Customer Support representative to activate the session:
